Let's talk... Club Welfare
Hello all!
We are Claire Burbidge and
Jo Beaumont and we're the
Welfare Officers for BRC.

Our core role is to ensure BRC is a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every member feels comfortable. We are here to listen if anything is bothering or concerning you, whether it relates to club activities, your wellbeing, or other issues. We will offer support and help direct you to professional resources where needed.

Our Commitment to You
We are club volunteers, not professional counselors or mental health experts.

-
Confidentiality: We treat all conversations confidentially.
-
Safeguarding Obligation (England Athletics Guidance): We are required to share information if we believe there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or to others, in which case we will follow club and England Athletics safeguarding procedures.
