OFFICIAL CLUB TRAINING SESSIONS ARE SUSPENDED FROM 17th March 2020.
New National Restrictions from 12 April 2021
People can meet and exercise outdoors in groups of up to 6 people, or as a group of 2 households. A group made up of 2 households can include more than 6 people, but only where all members of the group are from the same 2 households (each household can include an existing support bubble, if eligible), or an exemption applies. Social distancing should be maintained between people who do not live together or share a bubble.
The committee will continue to re-review its position as a club with the safety of all its members as a priority.
Keep safe everyone.

On Monday evenings we meet at the School Lane Pavilion at 6.15pm with the aim of running at 6.30pm for between 6 and 7 miles / 60mins.
There are male and female changing rooms with showers and a place to leave bags and belongings during the run.
The session with usually be either an ‘Out and back run’ - where we run for a set period of time e.g. 30mins in one direction then return on the same route, or a ‘Circuit route’ with optional cut-offs (for runners who prefer a shorter distance).
You can usually find the planned run on the
Route and Race Calendar page of this website.
