COVID-19 NOTICE

OFFICIAL CLUB TRAINING SESSIONS ARE SUSPENDED FROM 17th March 2020.
New National Restrictions from 5 November
With effect from midnight on Wednesday 4 November outdoor exercise will only be permitted with the people you live with, your support bubble, or 1 person from another household. A support bubble is where a household with one adult, who lives alone, joins with one other household. This obviously means the end of our 'groups of 6' and coached sessions whilst the new national restrictions are in place. The government advice is that we should avoid travelling in or out of our local area, and we should look to reduce the number of journeys we make. However, travel to exercise is permitted, if you need to make a short journey to do so
The new measures will apply nationally for four weeks up to Wednesday 2 December. At the end of the period, the government is proposing to return to a regional approach, based on the latest data.
We will re-review our position as a club at this point. Keep safe everyone.

OUR TRAINING SESSIONs
< scroll to see other sessions >
On Monday evenings we meet at the School Lane Pavilion at 6.15pm with the aim of running at 6.30pm for between 6 and 7 miles / 60mins.
There are male and female changing rooms with showers and a place to leave bags and belongings during the run.
The session with usually be either an ‘Out and back run’ - where we run for a set period of time e.g. 30mins in one direction then return on the same route, or a ‘Circuit route’ with optional cut-offs (for runners who prefer a shorter distance).
You can usually find the planned run on the
Route and Race Calendar page of this website.
