ABOUT US
We are a friendly and inclusive running club of over 175 members aged 14 upwards. Our aim is to promote the club in the local community, offer athletic coaching and competitive opportunities, ensure a duty of care to its members and provide its services in a way that is fair to everyone.
We have many organised sessions each week which meet in various locations. You can find more details on the training page.

On Monday evenings we meet at the School Lane Pavilion at 6.15pm with the aim of running at 6.30pm for between 6 and 7 miles / 60mins.
There are male and female changing rooms with showers and a place to leave bags and belongings during the run.
The session with be either an ‘out-n-back run’ - where we run for a set period of time e.g. 30mins in one direction then return on the same route, or a ‘circuit route’ with optional cut-offs (for runners who prefer a shorter distance).
