The routes will operate on a 6 week rotation. Couple of reasons for this, firstly it is so all members can familiarise themselves with the routes we run.
Secondly, it will (hopefully) ensure that we aren't running the same paths week in/week out.
All the routes have cut off points attached to them. Reasons for this are so people can do a shorter recovery run if necessary. Or if people aren't quite ready for the full 6/7 miles they have an option to cut short.
Wednesday night routes are now planned in for everyone to see.

And last but not least, Strength and Conditioning will be returning on Friday evening with Coaches Flanaghan and Snutch!
Usually great fun so hopefully we will get good numbers for these.
