New hill repeat session will be from December 11th. This will take in the hills on Birstall Road.
The idea is to work the uphills and recover downhill!
The loop is approximately 2.5 miles so we will aim to run 3 laps but please don't feel pressured that you have to do all of them,
1 or 2 laps will still give you a decent workout (especially after Roman Road!)

The routes will operate on a 6 week rotation. Couple of reasons for this, firstly it is so all members can familiarise themselves with the routes we run.
Secondly, it will (hopefully) ensure that we aren't running the same paths week in/week out.
All the routes have cut off points attached to them. Reasons for this are so people can do a shorter recovery run if necessary. Or if people aren't quite ready for the full 6/7 miles they have an option to cut short.
Wednesday night routes are now planned in for everyone to see.
